Mr Cellophane
Apparently I am rather unnoticable. Well, not exactly unnoticable but when people look at me it seems that they don't register my appearance.
This revelation came to me on Tuesday of this week. I decided to shave my beard off again. Just to see how it looks. The last time I did this I wasn't happy with the results. And the same conclusion was arrived at this time. I have way tooo much of a baby face. I lost about 15 years off my face with the simple flick of a razor. But, that's the wonderous thing about hair, you can cut it and it will grow right back. By next week I will be a bearded buffoon once again.
The reason I think you can see right through me, walk right by me is because when I went to work people looked at me and some registered a change in my appearance. Sadly I wasn't asked about why I shaved. Instead I was asked repeatedly, "Did you cut your hair?" One girl still couldn't figure it out even after I gave her a photo of my bearded visage. She looked at the picture and back at my face a few times and felt that it was the same.
Other than the new face, not much else is new with me. I am working a regular schedule and just getting by day to day.
On a side note I must say that I have been reading one of the most interesting books that I have ever read. "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown. If you have read it, please don't tell me anything about the book or movie. If you haven't read I highly highly recommend it to everyone.
I have always been interested in the mathematician Fibonacci. Anyone who's seen the movie Pi will remember a bried mention of his name and the pattern in all nature that follows the golden ratio. The number he came up with is 1.618. If you take a rectangle where the longer side is 1.618 times the shorter side. Draw a line to make a sguare inside. You will end up with another rectangle of the same proportion. The ratio is also found in our bodies. If you measure your total height and the distance from your navel to your feet you will arrive at the same "Golden Ratio." It is also found on seashells, snail shells, dna strands, architecture, art and the stock market.
In the coming days I will be posting some information about the stock market and how the Elliot wave is tied to the Fibonacci sequence.
Another aspect that interested me in the book is the hidden history of the church and the Priory of Sion. All this ties back to the time of Christ. It involves the Freemasons and the Pope as well.
If you are interested in things like this then you ought to read this book.
